Our Team

Alaina Lavine, OD, is a native of Las Vegas, Dr. Lavine graduated from Silverado High School. During her schooling, she was a staff member at Optic Gallery The District, where she performed the pretesting. She attended Ohio State University in Columbus and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. 

In 2013, Dr. Lavine earned her Doctorate from Western University College of Optometry in Pomona, California. She graduated with honors and became board-certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Dr. Lavine spent her first year practicing in Southern California where she gained extensive experience in primary Optometric care, medical management of eye diseases, contact lenses and refractive surgery co-management. She then moved back to Las Vegas and rejoined the Optic Gallery group. 

She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Nevada Optometric Association. Outside of work, Dr. Lavine enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. Nguyen graduated from Southern California College of Optometry, now part of Marshall B. Ketchum University, in 1992. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, in 1988 with a bachelor’s in biology. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Nevada Optometric Association.

 Dr. Nguyen has mainly been in private practice since 1992 and has gained extensive experience in primary optometric care, medical management of eye diseases, contact lenses, and refractive surgery co-management. 

Originally from San Jose, California, Dr. Nguyen and his family have resided in the community of Henderson, Nevada, for over 20 years. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, bicycling, and spending time with his three kids.

Tiffany Nguyen, OD, was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and graduated from Coronado High School. She majored in Neuroscience at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she founded the Nevada Pre-Optometry Club with her peers. 

Dr. Nguyen earned her Doctorate at Southern California College of Optometry, now part of Marshall B. Ketchum University, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors. She volunteered for several mission trips to Mexico to provide eye care to those in underserved communities. 

Dr. Nguyen completed her clinical training in specialty contact lenses, keratoconus management, and pediatrics at the University Eye Center in Los Angeles, ocular diseases at Lawton Indian Health Services in Lawton, Oklahoma, and cataract and dry eye management at Wellish Vision Institute, in Las Vegas. Dr. Nguyen is board-certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. 

In her free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys hiking, cooking, spending time with friends, working out, and finding new food spots in town.

Dr. Hart completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Biological Sciences. He earned his Doctorate at the prestigious Southern California College of Optometry. During his clinical training at the VA in Las Vegas and Wellish Vision Institute, Dr. Hart gained experience in managing ocular conditions such as dry eye, astigmatism, cataracts, diabetes, and macular degeneration.

Dr. Hart conducts routine eye exams, treats dry eye disease, prescribes contact lenses, and manages a variety of medical eye conditions.

During his free time, Dr. Hart likes to row at Lake Las Vegas, practice Jiu-Jitsu, and play with his dog, Ginger. He also runs as a sighted guide for athletes with visual impairment.
